Frequently Asked Questions

Pest Treatment FAQs

See if any of the FAQs below answer your question.

Do I need an inspection?

If you are purchasing a new home, selling your old home or it’s been more than 1 year since your last termite inspection, you should be heavily considering an inspection or already organising one. Many cases of termite damage is already extensive before it is visible to you. The best way to treat termites is to prevent them entirely.

How expensive is a pest treatment?

The cost of a pest removal treatment varies greatly depending on the kind of pest, the degree of the infestation and the size of your property. We provide free quotes so that you know what you are paying for and that the service is tailored to you.

What kinds of products do you use?

Our treatments use multiple products in conjunction with each other to ensure the customer gets the best and safest result possible. See the safety data sheets for all the products we use below.

Will my kids and pets be safe after you're finished?

Yes. All of our treatments are pet friendly and child safe. In the interest of safety, we may ask you to leave the premises during treatment if you have very young children, allergies, asthma or are pregnant. You will be notified in advance if you will need to leave the premises.

I found more pests after your treatment

For a couple of weeks after treatment, it is perfectly normal to see the targeted pests (dead & dying) due to the flushing effect of the treatment. This will lessen as time goes on. We have provided some specific information for Cockroaches, Rodents and Spiders.

What if we need to reschedule the treatment?

In the event that your property will be inaccessible on the previously agreed upon date, we are happy to reschedule given fair warning.
